The Marcheurs du Warndt and the Cercle d’Histoire de Creutzwald offer you a guided discovery walk of the Creutzwald heritage. As you walk, discover the (sometimes unexpected) past of places and buildings, before the future comes into play.

The Diesen Porcelette photovoltaic power plant is located on an industrial wasteland of the former Houillères de Lorraine. Its surface area is 20 hectares. The current produced by the solar modules represents the annual electricity consumption of more than 7661 households. The route also passes through the Diesen arboretum, a nod to the arrangements made to maintain the environmental balance.

This is an opportunity to walk along the ancient Roman road that linked Metz to Keskastel. In addition to the historic route, other points of interest enhance the walk: the former platforms of a military station that was never built, an unspeakable border, the chapel of the Visitation (18th century), the countryside… A beautiful view of the past.
